Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within Canada. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also view your order status in your profile page.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page and we'll do our best to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, please contact us through the contact page.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
We're so sorry if that happened! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement right away.
Our accessories are made from a variety of high quality materials including stainless steel, sterling silver plating, acrylic, and hypoallergenic metals. Each product listing includes material details.
Many of our earrings are made with hypoallergenic materials and are suitable for sensitive ears. Look for the "hypoallergenic" tag in product descriptions, or contact us if you're unsure.
To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions. Store them in a cool dry place, ideally in a jewellery box or pouch. Clean gently with a soft cloth.
You can browse and add items to your cart without an account. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, view order history, and check out faster.
